It should come as no surprise that Bill O’Reilly has always been a screamer, but it’s always nice to have video proof. Below, watch a vintage meltdown from his “Inside Edition” days that has just resurfaced (via Gawker), in which he freaks out over bad writing on the teleprompter and unleashed an obscenity-laced tirade towards the writer. Pretty effective “don’t do drugs” vid. Took me a couple times watching this before I realized that the two girls were actually the same girl. Hey, I’m a guy. What did you expect?

A very well done reading by John Astin of Poe’s poem, The Raven. Those old enough will remember John Astin from Addams Family fame where he played the iconic Gomez Addams. When I watched this, it seemed as if Mr. Astin was reciting from memory. See what you think.

A freaky amateur video has been floating around the Internet for some time now that purports to show a ‘flying humanoid’ creature of some type in Mexico. The humanoid creature is shown initially running along a hilltop but then floating off the hill into the air surrounded by what appears to be some sort of energy field. The video was taken at some distance, and is not high quality (hey, what did you expect, it’s an ET video!), but video analysis of the frames at high magnification with various photographic effects reveals interesting details. One such detail is the creature’s apparent folding (or repositioning) of its ‘legs’ shortly after taking flight. Click here to watch the video analysis and draw your own conclusions.

The National Geographic website reports that an estimated 30,000 to 5 million people may be taking up residence in the City of the Dead in Cairo, Egypt at any given time. The reason for this is population growth combined with a lack of jobs in the region, and thus homelessness. Some people work in the huge cemetery guarding graves for meager wages, whereas some just live amongst the tombs. Watch the video report “City of the Dead Thrives” here.

I heard this (Song title: How Much it Hurts) on a burned CDR that my daughter had left in our car, one of her thousand burned CDR disks! I had seen this video on YouTube.com some time ago, but when it was first released it didn’t include the scifi.com/happens leader and trailer, and I remember thinking, “what the heck is this?” Then, reading the comments, someone had mentioned that the scifi channel had released this as a promotional clip. Watch the clip here. Another interesting thing about the clip is that the trade center towers in NYC are shown, which probably explains why scifi.com has removed the clip from their website, though it still remains in many versions on YouTube.com
