Skaneateles Design offers turnkey email marketing services designed to make communication with your customers simple.

Depending upon your desired level of involvement, we offer two options:

1. Do-it-yourself Plan. This option allows you to create your own email campaigns, and monitor these campaigns through a user-friendly web control panel. In this case, you compose the messages or newsletters yourself, and schedule when and to whom the messages will be sent.
2. Hands-off (We do everything) Plan. If you are the less “hands-on” type, and would prefer that we handle all details of your email campaign, this option is for you. You simply email (or postal mail, or FAX) your mailings to us, and we handle all details. We take care of formatting, scheduling, emailing, and managing your email list(s).

Four reasons why you should allow us to handle your email campaigns:

• Sending bulk email incorrectly can harm your company’s reputation (i.e., bulk email must be sent legally, and also according to accepted social norms). If you have an Inbox, then you’re probably aware of the problem with email SPAM. Skaneateles Design insures that your bulk email is sent legally, and insures that your customers are comfortable receiving your email, allowing them to safely opt out if desired.
• Managing email lists without the correct software can be complicated. Whether you choose our “Do-it-yourself Plan” or our “Hands-off plan,” our web application is the easiest to use in the business. The entire process, from building and maintaining your mail and “do-not-mail” lists, to composing and scheduling mailings, to ultimately tracking who has opened email and/or clicked on contained links, is extremely user-friendly and pain free.
• Emailing your customer list from your desktop is problematic, and can cause your Internet address to be blacklisted. Even the most well intentioned email campaigns that are sent from your desktop can cause problems. If your Internet Address is blacklisted, chances are your ISP will be contacting you, and your normal emails can be blocked from delivery until the problem is resolved.
• Skaneateles Design is invested in the success of your bulk email campaign. You’re not just a customer number with us. We have a dedicated individual who will be your contact person for all issues related to your project. We maintain close interactions with you to insure that your campaign goes off with out a hitch. And we are always just a phone call or email away!

Monthly pricing is based on the total number of email addresses in your email list.

• 0-500 – $15 / month
• 501-2,500 – $30 / month
• 2,501-5,000 – $50 / month
• 5,001-10,000 – $75 / month
• 10,001-25,000 – $150 / month
• 25,000+ – Call us for special pricing

The prices above allow unlimited mailings during the month to your list.

Hands-off (We do it all) Plan

The pricing is the same as above (Do-it-yourself Plan), however, the following fees will be additional:

Setup Fee:

Includes importing your existing email list, setting up email templates (look/feel), and general scheduling setup – $99.99

Recurring Fees:

The recurring fees are based on your frequency of emailing. In other words, the cost is based on how often you will be emailing your list:

• Daily mailing – $99.99 / month
• Weekly mailing – $49.95 / month
• Monthly mailings – $29.95 / month
