Being somewhat familiar with John Lithgow and his acting as well as oratory, it was deliciously fun to sit and listen to him reading this tale, easily imagining his facial inflections and the like accenting the written word. Some years ago I tried by best to become a wine bore myself, but thankfully failed to become a “Richard Pratt” and enjoyed laughing aloud at the story and that particular fellow.
